Not Possible? Really? Think Again!

As many of you know, Chis Nikic has DISRUPTED my life in a very great and needed way!!!

He has caused me to RETHINK, REINVENT, and REPOSITION how I am looking at 2021.

Why is this accomplishment DISRUPTIVE?

I know the commitment that it took for me to compete in that same race with him - it was my second Ironman Race.

I knew where my starting point was & I knew where I wanted to finish.

The distance between the two points I will refer to as 'THE GAP.'

I knew my 'GAP', made the commitment and was able to close my gap and hit my goal - great. It was fun and hard at the same time.

THEN there is Chris & his 'GAP'.

I think about his starting point - He is a Down Syndrome Athlete. He is attempting the same exact race that I am- 140.6 miles in under 17 hours.

That's DISRUPTIVE

The first attempt of this kind in history.

He swallowed a bunch of water in the swim, crashed on the bike, and cramped up really bad on the run, but he ultimately SUCCEEDED!!!

HE CLOSED THE GAP!

Cant' get it out of my mind!!!!

How does someone make SO MUCH progress?

His motto is 1% better every day.

It worked for him.

What if I applied that same strategy in my life???

What's possible?

Not just me, what about you?!?

What about all of us?
