Father’s Day Special Edition
“Give Grace – A Father's Day Reminder That All Things Are Possible”
Father-child relationships are some of the most meaningful—and most complicated—relationships we’ll ever experience. For some, your dad was your hero.
For others, the relationship was distant, painful, or unfinished. And for many, it’s somewhere in between—a mix of love, gaps, and unspoken hopes.
This Father’s Day, whether you’re a son, daughter, or father yourself, here’s a message that can bring healing and hope: Give Grace.
Grace doesn’t mean ignoring pain or pretending everything was perfect. It means choosing to release the debt.
Grace says, “Even if I never fully understand what happened, I choose to move forward in love.”
The truth is, every father has stumbled.
Maybe he didn’t know how to love well.
Maybe he did the best he could with what he had—and still fell short. And as sons and daughters, we’ve struggled to make sense of it all.
But here's the twist—many of us grow up and sit in that same seat. We become parents.
We carry the weight. We make our own mistakes. And suddenly, we find ourselves praying our kids will extend the same grace we wish we had given.
So today, this is your invitation:
Make the call.
Have the conversation.
Write the letter.
Take the first step.
Say what needs to be said.
Apologize if you need to.
Forgive even if it wasn’t asked for.
Be the one who begins the healing.
Because no matter what the past held—all things are possible. There can be closeness. Love. Redemption.
A future full of grace.
It starts with humility.
It grows with courage.
And it unlocks the kind of relationship you’ve always longed for.
Receive grace.
Give grace.
You can do it.
Happy Father’s Day.
